Entrepreneurship Panel: Anna Gross and Serena Guen share their wisdom

We gathered in an intimate room in Wadham, to hear from two young and extraordinarily inspirational entrepreneurs. On the 7th of February, OxWIB welcomed Rebecca McKavanagh, Silviu Paraoan, and Jenny Flynn from EY (Ernst & Young) for an insightful panel discussion on understanding gender diversity, creating balance, and taking initiative in the workplace. Gender equality and EY According to the EU gender quality index report, the gender gap in employment across the EU is wide and persistent; the full-time employment rate for women is 40%, while it is 56% for men. 100 Years of Women's Suffrage: Celebrate in Oxford

Today Tuesday 6th February marks 100 years since the Representation of the People Act, which gave some British women in the right to vote for the first time. Here at OxWIB we are incredibly excited about this milestone in British history. To celebrate, we've put together a list of a few of the things going on around Oxford today across the city centre, local theatres and Oxford colleges.
