About Us | OxWIB | Oxford Women in Business Society

Oxford Women in Business was founded in 2008 at the University of Oxford to create events focused on getting young women* and non-binary people interested in business.

Our goal is to cultivate strong leaders by serving as a platform for enterprising young women* and non-binary people across the university.

We host networking and recruitment events with top-tier global companies, run a popular 'Inspirational Speaker' series with women from all career stages and industries, and offer workshops to help build business and entrepreneurial skills.
