We run workshops to help members develops skills in interview, networking and more to prepare them for the business world.
We host a range of inspiring speakers at the top of a diverse range of fields. Members can apply to have dinner with our speakers too.
We partner with top-tier firms to host a range of networking events in different industries.
The highlight of the term is our OxWIB socials, with unlimited wine, a sparkling reception and OxWIB cupcakes and sweets.
Our biannual mentorship programme connects successful businesspeople in diverse industries with Oxford students. Each round involves about 70 mentors and 80 mentees.
