Imposter Syndrome is a widely recognised phenomenon that can be felt in many situations particularly when taking on a new challenge that you might feel underprepared or qualified for. Kate Atkin is an expert on Imposter Syndrome, tackling through her work the myths associated with it, and engaging with potential solutions. Come along to this workshop and participate in a confidence boosting session that can give you the tools to re-calibrate your self esteem.
