Speakers: Linn Brynildsen from Oxford Mindfulness Centre
As a psychologist and mindfulness teacher, Linn is passionate about supporting people in finding ways to live with more ease and to flourish. Practising mindfulness offers real and lasting change that enables us to rebalance and navigate our lives towards a greater sense of well-being. It can resource us to feel more steady through the winds of life, to nourish and support us in building our capacity to stand in the reality of how things are in each moment.
She did her MST in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at Oxford University, and she works in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, as well as online. She offers 8-week group based courses in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), MBCT for Life (MBCT-L), and Finding Peace in a Frantic World. She also works 1-1 with people, helping them resource themselves in the midst of what life has to bring.
In addition to working with adults, she is also qualified in the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) programmes .b and Paws b, which are providing children and young people in schools with important tools and skills to support themselves and find a steady course through their journeys.
