Speakers:

Beth Horn – Director & Head of Industry, Retail and E-commerce, Facebook: As Director and Head of Industry for Retail & Ecommerce, Beth oversees Facebook’s relationships with retail and ecommerce companies in the UK. She has been with Facebook for over a decade, first leading the company’s retail business in the United States before moving to London in 2018. Prior to Facebook, Beth led global paid search for Microsoft and Expedia at Efficient Frontier, and began her career in the creative department of Macys.com. She is a frequent speaker on marketing and the future of retail, having delivered keynotes at events across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, including a TEDx talk on youth, technology, and change. She served on the Advisory Board of Tech. by Retail Week and is on the Board of Directors of The Fragrance Foundation UK. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Beth is an honours graduate of Stanford University.

Davinia Jash- Head of Strategy, Asos.com

Davinia has led the strategy team for Asos since September 2020 after working with Gap Inc in an ecommerce director role for 4 years. Prior to that, she worked in the consulting industry with BCG and LEK consulting for 5 years.Her first foray into fashion retail industry began with her stint at John Lewis in the beginning of her career where she spent 3 years in their finance team.On the academic front, Davinia has completed her MA from Stanford university and an MBA from INSEAD.

Christina Hawley, Chief Commercial Officer, Ocado Retail

As the CCO of Ocado Retail Christina is responsible for setting and delivering commercial strategy including value, own brand and strategic partnerships as well as running a portfolio of new and adjacent businesses. Prior to Ocado Retail, Christina spent almost 10 years at McKinsey & Company focused on digital transformation for consumer facing companies. She was a managing director at Jumia, an online African retailer and spent a year working delivery strategy at Marks & Spencer. Christina is Brazilian/American and got her MBA from INSEAD.
